I hold a PhD in Chemical and Material Sciences, and I have gained many years experience working with yeast and all aspects of yeast cultivation processes. These include microbiology and yeast fermentation.

I also have performed different chemical analysis using HPLC, UPLC, LC-MS and spectrophotometry.

In 2017, I moved to the UK to join Cara Technology as a Yeast Specialist in the Brewing Technology department.
