About our in-person training courses
Here at Cara Technology, we pride ourselves on providing the highest level of sensory and flavour training to the industry. We have been training assessors and panel leaders worldwide for close to 25 years, with each course receiving an average pass rate of 95%.
For most, setting up a sensory panel and a quality programme can seem like a daunting task. However, the key to success is starting early and knowing the right steps to take.
We offer a range of training courses to suit your needs, whether you’re a novice and just starting out, or want to become an expert. As well as training your panel, we also offer train-the-trainer training courses so that you can then train others.
We can provide customized courses to your needs and will help you select what flavours and tests are best dependent on what you’re looking to achieve.

We have a range of “open” courses for the brewing industry that we run once or twice per year. If you’re not looking to run a full-scale course for your team, but would like to get your key people trained, this is for you.
