ABOUT OUR PANEL

In 2017, we were tasked with starting an expert sensory panel trained to the highest degree. Our highly-trained sensory panel were recruited from more than 400+ applicants. We screened close to 200 assessors for their aptitude and natural tasting ability. Those that scored the highest under blind conditions were selected to go forward as part of our panel. All of our panel were recruited from the local area and are all fully employed staff of Cara Technology.

They have received close to 500 hours of training in a range of different matrixes and techniques. Our panel is familiar with over 150 flavour compounds, in both taste and odour. They are competent in a wide range of sectors including beer, malt, soft drinks, energy drinks, raw materials, personal care & more. We can provide you with a robust and comprehensive analysis of your product, whether it be for marketing purposes, troubleshooting or descriptive profiling of brands.
